I’m drinking them as my morning routine and trust me they really worked well in my weight loss struggle. But we need to be consistent and self –control on carbs and junks while using these 5 quick & easy drinks to lose weight.

1) – Ginger +Lemon +Honey (optional)

  • Boil 1 glass of water add ginger 1-inch cut in small pieces or grated
  • Add half squeezed lemon
  • Add 1tsp honey (optional)

Keep it on the side for 5 mins and then drink empty stomach.

2) – Lemon+ Mint +Cinnamon + honey (optional)

  • Boil 1 cup of water add mint leaves
  • Add 1 tsp cinnamon powder in boiled water
  • Add half squeezed lemon
  • Add 1tsp honey (optional)

Stir it and drink on empty stomach every morning

3) -Cinnamon + Lemon +Honey (optional):

  • Boil 1 stick cinnamon in 1 cup of water and keep it for 5 mins.
  • OR add 1 tsp cinnamon powder in boiled water
  • Add half lemon.
  • 1 tsp honey in the water.

4) – Cinnamon + Ginger +Honey (optional)

  • Add 1 tsp cinnamon powder in 1 glass boiled water
  • Add ginger 1-inch cut in small pieces or grated
  • 1 tbsp. honey in the water (optional)

Stir it and keep for 5 mins. Drink every morning

5) – Green Tea + Lemon

  • Boil 1 cup of water add green tea
  • Add half lemon juice

Stir it keep it on a side for 5 mins and then drink empty stomach.

These drinks certainly are a great help for those times when you want to squeeze into a dress for a special event or ready for a seaside trip and want to shed weight quickly.

 These weight loss drinks help in lower bloating and abolish toxins. It is advised to stop after 4 weeks.
